Service ChargesThe standard workshop rate is a £35 per hour, with most repair jobs taking between one and two hours to complete*. We offer an urgent repair service, charged at £45 per hour. Urgent jobs go to the front of our repair queue and are put on the next available work-bench. Our call out service costs £55 per hour and is available to both business and home customers. *The time it takes for our various anti-virus and anti-spyware scans to complete does not contribute to the labour cost. We only charge for the time spent working directly on the machine. |
Business ContractsContracts are available to business customers implementing computer networks that consist of at least five computers. The basic support contract costs £100 per PC per year. This includes free call-outs and technical support for all of the on-site business computers. The full service contract costs £200 per PC per year and also includes a free service for all the machines every 6 months. This ensures the computers are virus free and running at top performance. |
